In this talk we present the specification, design, layout and measurements of a 2.5-GHz low-power LC-tuned oscillator designed in a 0.18um CMOS technology. The design is intended for use in a single-chip Bluetooth-compatible RF Transmitter. But first of all, a few words about Nordic VLSI as a company.
