A miniature Hilbe? planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA) is proposed for dual-hand mobile phone application. The itenna consists of a low and high-band radiating element making it operational in the 900 and I800 MHz bands, An antenna of 33 mm by 15 mm by IO mm offers an operating bandwidth of 9.7% and 4.4% in the low and high frequency bands respectively within a VSWR of 2.5:l
